Leaving Cody in the early morning hours, I continued my trip by crossing Wyoming via U.S. 14 and I-90. The great Bighorn National Forest was not too far from Cody, and provided a chance to get out of the car to take some photos. In eastern Wyoming, I made the stop at Devil's Tower National Monument, made famous by "Close Encounters of the Third Kind." Then, I headed into South Dakota, where I stopped at the Firehouse Brewing Company in Rapid City to have dinner.
