From Pinedale, I started my national park visits early in the morning, traveling through
Jackson to get to the south entry of Grand Teton National Park. I ate a sandwich for lunch
on top of Signal Mountain, and then continued through Grand Teton and the Rockefeller National
Parkway to get to the south entrance to Yellowstone National Park. I drove past Old Faithful,
but didn't stop--the parking lot was way too full and it was crawling with too many people for
my tastes. Instead I visited a few nearby geysers and pools, and gradually worked my
way through the north entrance to the park and into Montana. In Montana, I drove to Bozeman,
where I had dinner at the Spanish Peaks Brewing Company.
