Washington DC 2000
In late 1999, I received an invitation to the second annual meeting of the United States
Senate Youth Alumni Association, and I made the decision to make a weekend journey to
Washington to meet with fellow alumni and help shape the direction of the Association.
I spent the time from March 8 to 13, 2000, roaming around the city, checking out brewpubs,
and having a good time. Though I was there for a while, I didn't take too many pictures.
Some of my destinations, such as the Pentagon, FBI building, and Bureau of Engraving and
Printing, weren't too keen on having photos taken inside the buildings. I did, however,
get out and take some pictures on the 12th and 13th.
